This 2 hour class is for Dad’s only and goes over prenatal expectations, childbirth education for Dad’s as supportive partners during the process and extensive postpartum education. This class is unique in that it is building Dad’s up and empowering them to be the best most supportive version of themselves going into such a lifechanging time.

This class features a PSA from Postpartum Support International, a birth story in images with some video clips and science based and evidence backed knowledge.

The first Thursday of each month held at Roots Family Collaborative from 6pm-8pm.
