For Dads only!
This class is designed with dads in mind so they can be informed and prepared for labor, birth, and the postpartum period. We’ll cover prenatal expectations, childbirth education for Dads as supportive partners, and create awareness around what to expect postpartum, including identifying potential mental health triggers (in themselves and/or their partner). Our goal is to empower dads to be the best version of themselves going into such a life changing time.
This class features information from Postpartum Support International, a birth story in images with some video clips, and evidence based knowledge.
Bring your friends! It’s always better to learn alongside others.
This program requires a minimum number of participants to run. If enrollment is too low, you will be notified at least 48 hours in advance wherein we’ll offer alternative options for education delivery which may include shifting your registration to another class date (with your due date in mind) or scheduling a private class session (in your home, at our office, or a virtual platform). Thank you for your understanding.
Registration closes 1 week prior to class date. Plan to secure your spot in advance!
