Our Childbirth Education is Part 2 of 3 classes.
This covers everything from signs of labor to your birth preferences and how to navigate the different phases of childbirth. We cover anatomy and physiology of birth, talking detail about how a baby actually moves to come out, we discuss common needs for cesareans and debunk some myths around things like epidurals. This is the class you want to take as it is taught by birth professionals who do not work for a hospital or a birthing center, we work for YOU!
This class pairs nicely with the Third Trimester: What to Expect and our Postpartum Prep Class
Classes meet on the first Sunday of each month (with some exceptions) and is held at The Springs Senior Living 1:45PM-2:45PM
Please book the couples option if you plan on attending with your partner.
