Our Postpartum Prep Class is 3 of 3 classes. This class goes over all the things no one talks about for postpartum. We cover hormone changes, breastfeeding, sleep, resources and communication with your baby. This class covers postpartum mental health extensively and comes with a FREE postpartum check-in. We want you to be just as prepared for the first 6 months of your baby’s life as you are for Childbirth. Several of our team members have taken the PMH-C training, a comprehensive several day training with continuing ed requirements. This class truly sets you up for success!
This class pairs nicely with the Third Trimester: What to Expect and our Childbirth Education
Classes meet on the first Sunday of each month (with some exceptions) and is held at The Springs Senior Living
